REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At VIMAR, all products are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement in the requested size.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

Accidental orders

Shipping delays outside our control
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to defect or fulfillment error, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
