Order Processing
All VIMAR products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production within 1–3 business days.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.
Shipping Time (United States Only)
After production, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
VIMAR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. VIMAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, VIMAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
